Another successful year for HL&P!

2018 proved, once again, to be a good sales year for Harrison-Lavers and Potbury’s. Reviewing annual figures from the leading property portal, rightmove.co.uk, showed that the sales team finished ahead of the competition in agreed sales for the year. As was the case last year, the team agreed a significantly higher number of sales than the second placed agent. 

Jay Thorne, Sales Director, comments; “In spite of growing media speculation throughout the year over Brexit, lowering consumer confidence, figures show that 2018 was no quieter than 2017. Whilst we are not completely immune to market forces, the popularity of our wonderful town and the hard work and experience of our team has shown that the market here remains in good health. As a result, we are optimistic looking ahead into 2019 and would welcome the chance to discuss this with potential clients.”
