Hillsdon Management focuses specifically on the management of blocks of flats and there are now approximately 1000 units under management in Sidmouth, Exeter, East Devon, West Dorset and Somerset.
With the complexity of legislation, and the responsibility of running blocks of flats becoming more onerous, many Boards of Directors have come to Hillsdon Management to relieve them of the day-to-day burden. However, the members do not lose control, they have regular meetings with our representatives to discuss policies and future budgets, but leave the business of setting budgets and collecting money, organising repairs and dealing with insurance claims to our experienced property managers.
Our company aims to provide a comprehensive service to include dealing with all Company House matters, issuing of AGM and Directors’ Meeting Agendas and Minutes, despatching Company House Returns and acting as Company Secretary.
Our dedicated Accounts Department keep all book-keeping records and we are able to issue profit and loss accounts almost instantaneously to Directors. Our computer system is compatible with most Accountants for the end-of-year accounts production.
We have many years’ experience of organising repair works, seeking competitive tenders, issuing Section 20 Notices when appropriate, and agreeing funding.
